Cat & Dog Surgeries in Bellevue
Depending on your pet's health, surgery may have a small or significant impact on their future. Cat and dog surgeries can be used to effectively treat certain injuries, diseases and illnesses. In addition, surgery can be used to reduce the possibility of myriad health problems such as bloat, certain cancers and infections, and vision loss.
Our veterinarians and staff at Bellevue Value Pet Clinic know that safety and trust come before any veterinary surgery. Furthermore, we understand that every pet is an individual and will go through the pre- and post-surgical process at a pace that works best for them. We will help you every step of the way so you can feel assured that your pet is in capable hands.

Safety and Preparation
Keeping your pet safe is always our highest priority. We will always take time to address your concerns and help you feel more at ease about your pet's surgery. Furthermore, if the pre-exam has shown that your pet is not fully healthy, we may postpone their surgery and focus on treating them first.
Having time to prepare for your pet's procedure is important. Therefore, all elective surgeries must be scheduled by appointment.
All surgery patients will undergo a pre-exam, and some will require blood work. In most circumstances, they will receive an IV catheter for fluids, and pain control medication. A certified veterinary technician will monitor your pet's heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and other vital signs.
